Amazon has cut launched 2023 Black Friday and one deal has brought the price of Sony headphones down to their lowest level in a year.
The Sony WF-C500 have been dubbed the 'best cheap wireless headphones on the market' by reviewers and usually cost £90 on Amazon. They very briefly dropped to below £43 last year for a couple of days only and now Amazon has cut the price to its lowest level in a year.
The headphones are £45 in the Amazon Black Friday sale after initially being reduced to £55 in the last few weeks. The headphones are the most cost-effective in the Sony wireless range, sitting below the WF-C700N, Linkbuds S and the range-topping WF-1000XMS. With a 20 hour battery life and fast charging, they are one of a number of headphone deals in the new Amazon sale.
Amazon launched discounts on headphones a week before Black Friday and they also include Sony's over-ear noise cancelling WH-1000MX4 headphones, which have been reduced from £350 to £198 in the Black Friday sale. The headphones are the previous generation to the Mirror's pick of best noise cancelling headphones on the market, the MX5 versions.
There are over 170 different headphone discounts in the Amazon sale, which began at midnight and will continue until midnight on Black Friday itself on 24 November. Sony are not the only premium headphone brand to be part of the Amazon sale. Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II have been reduced from £280 down to £209 in the sale.
However, there is no place in the sale for Google Pixel Buds Pro, which were picked as the best wireless headphones on the market by the Mirror review team. They said: "Google's response to Apple's AirPods, the Pixel Buds Pro are some of the best wireless earbuds I’ve used to date, they offer a seamless experience as they are simple to use with great sound and utterly stagging ANC as well as being very comfortable and attractive design make these a firm favourite."
