Cadbury has revealed that it is launching an all new chocolate bar - and fans are very excited. The chocolate making giant has revealed that from December people will be able to buy the Creme Egg bar.
The maker has said that it is “perfect for both sharing and self-treat occasions”, the 123g bars with a suggested price £1.80 hit the shelves next month. However, this is the first time Creme Egg will be available in a bar format in the UK.
Its launch follows the rollout of White Creme Egg last year, which was “the highest selling new product across the category” last Easter, according to Cadbury,
In the Snack News and Reviews Facebook group users were getting very excited. Vivian Eassom said: “Love it. I would have this instead of an egg.”
This is not the first time Cadbury has launched a tablet format for Creme Egg. Claire Melia added: “They had these in B&M last Xmas but I think they were an auzzie import. The sweet geezer on our local market was also flogging them.”
It previously launched limited-edition 180g Dairy Milk bars filled with Creme Egg fondant to the Australasian market.
Claire Drake said: “I need to find this when it comes out.” Maria LuluJay Hill said: “...its back again!! I WILL find one this time.” And Kayleigh Bond added: “This looks good.”
There is no exact date confirmed yet for the launch of the Creme Egg chocolate bar.
