It's the mark of the start of the festive season for many people. For those that have grown up with the "holidays are coming" Coca-Cola Christmas advert, it's a sign that things are kicking into full swing.
And for some years now it's not just been on TV, with the truck touring the UK and Ireland for people to get up close in person. What has now become an annual tour is back for 2023, starting at the end of November.
The first dates have now been announced. They are likely to be the first of many - in 2017 the truck visited 42 locations. In past years there's been an element of surprise, with the truck's next destination only announced once it has arrived somewhere.
Coca-Cola recently announced the return of the tour and said: "We can confirm there will be a Truck Tour this year, however our team are still finalising the details so keep an eye on our socials for updates."
So far, two dates have been confirmed by the company, with one being in Ireland and the other in Northern Ireland, reports the Mirror.
They are:
Dublin: November 30 to December 3
Destination: RDS Simmonscourt, Dublin
Times: 2pm to 5pm and 6pm to 9pm
Belfast: December 8 to December 10
Destination: Titanic Slipway, Belfast
Times: 2pm to 5pm and 6pm to 9pm
Eventbrite has announced the details and listed the price for €3.14 - around £2.75 - for each of the sessions. The other locations have not been released yet, last year the truck visited the following areas:
- Kent
- Beckton
- Glasgow
- London
- Manchester
- Bristol
- Bradford
- Cardiff
- Leeds
- Wolverhampton
- Coventry
- Sheffield
- Leeds
- Watford
- Baldock
- East Leake
- Edinburgh
