Nigel Farage’s involvement in this year’s series of ITV’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! was always going to be divisive. Viewers were not expecting, however, a shot of the former politician showering so soon into the series - and yet, that’s exactly what they got on Monday, November 20.
No more than 10 minutes into the episode, This Morning star Josie Gibson got the surprise of her life when she saw Nigel’s bottom as he showered. In her iconic Bristolian accent she could be heard saying: “Frickin’ hell”.
Later on in The Bush Telegraph she said: “I wasn’t expecting to see Nigel Farage’s bottom so soon but I’ve seen worse,” before bursting out laughing and adding: “No I haven’t.”

Josie continued: “Fair play to him, he’s not shy, he just gets on in there. At least he’s clean.” Whilst she seemed to handle it, viewers at home did not and immediately took to social media to share their thought.
One person wrote on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter): “What the f***, Nigel is naked.” A second added: “Naked Nige?”
A third wrote: “Ahahah Josie,” before suggesting that they think Josie could win the series this year. A fourth commented: “feeling violently ill..”
A fifth said: “Josie is so effortlessly funny.” And a further person added: “What a time to be alive.”
Nigel has reportedly been paid a huge sum of money to appear on I’m A Celebrity this year. The GB News broadcaster is estimated to have been paid £1.5 million to appear - read more about that here.
