Jonah Lomu
New Zealand winger Jonah Lomu became rugby's first global superstar, and changed the face of the game forever with his speed and size. He made 63 Test appearances, scoring 37 tries for the All Blacks. He jointly holds the record for most tries at the Rugby World Cup, and will forever be remembered for his devastating performances at the 1995 Rugby World Cup in South Africa. He was diagnosed with the rare kidney condition nephrotic syndrome in 1996, and subsequently underwent a kidney transplant. His death was announced on November 18, 2015, at the age of 40
