"Surrounded by love, warmth and kindness, Dennis, former President of the Welsh Rugby Union, died in Ty Gwynno Care Home, Pontypridd on Wednesday 25th October 2023. Despite his illness Dennis remained a true gentleman to the end. Thanks to the exceptional staff at Ty Gwynno, his passing was peaceful and dignified as befits a wonderful man. His funeral will be held on Thursday 30th November at 11am at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel, Cardiff, followed by a reception for his many friends in the President's Lounge at Principality Stadium, Cardiff at 1.30pm to share memories and celebrate a life well lived.
