Sharing a string of snaps alongside his fellow co-stars, Paul wrote: "Today marks the end of an incredible journey that I have been on for the last 9 weeks. It has been a rollercoaster of emotions, from excitement to joy, sadness to frustration and back again. While it’s hard to put into words what this experience has been like, I can certainly say that it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life."

Thanking the team, Paul continued: "I am truly grateful to the team at @cplproductions @channel4 @e4grams for giving me this opportunity and allowing me to share my story with the world. Without them, this experience would not have been possible. I am also thankful for the incredible team of professionals who supported me throughout my journey. @indigo_wild_studio and the experts @paulcbrunson @mel_schilling1 @charlenedouglasofficial have all been incredibly supportive and have provided me with invaluable advice and guidance. They have made me feel valued and supported throughout this process."

Turning to his fellow brides and grooms, including his own wife, Paul added: "Thank you to all the castmates and crew, with you guys around, you made it easy for me to be happy and smile all the time. I didn’t just make friends during the show, I made friends for a lifetime. Most importantly, however, I want to thank my wife @itstashajay. Without her, this experience would have been incomplete. She has been my rock and my biggest supporter throughout this entire process and I am eternally grateful for her."

He signed off by writing: "And so, it is with a heavy heart that I bid farewell to this experience. I cannot wait to see what the future holds and I am sure that we will meet again soon.
