Ryder Cup 2014
The 2014 Ryder Cup takes place at Gleneagles, in Perthshire, Scotland, where Europe face USA in a battle to secure the coveted trophy. Europe, captained by Paul McGinley, are the current holders, after the miraculous comeback win at Medinah in 2012, and boast a strong team including world no.1 Rory McIlroy, Ryder Cup legend Ian Poulter, as well as Welshman Jamie Donaldson. But the USA, under the leadership of Tom Watson, pose a stern challenge, including major champions Phil Mickelson, Bubba Watson and Keegan Bradley.
