We're just over a week away from the return of one of Swansea's favourite festive highlights - the Swansea Christmas Market. Talented crafters, traditional traders and street food vendors will be back along Oxford Street and Portland Street from November 24 to December 20.
Unique gifts, treats and decorations will be sold from festive chalets. Many familiar businesses will be on hand, joined with some new traders too – some of which will only feature for a limited time. The popular Bavarian Bar area will also be back offering sheltered seating, deluxe hot chocolates, German beer and mulled wine.
Festivities kick off on Saturday, November 25 when the Caroller’s Cabin on Portland Street and Swansea Market will host the Mistletoe and Markets event. The Caroller’s Cabin is also the hub for a festive entertainment programme including school choirs for the duration of the Christmas Market. When not in use for performances, families can step into the Santa scene and take a festive photo.
